Cover of Casabella, N. 568, May 1990, 20th Century, graphic, 31 x 28 cm
Whole artwork view. On a white background, sage-coloured headline and below a table of contents, in black with red underlines, and an interior design from a project by Henry Ciriani for a Center for early childhood at Torcy, in the suburbs of Paris; the drawing, outlined and coloured in computer graphics, shows the hall of the building, a connection room between the playrooms and the sleep rooms of the rest of the complex; stairs are indeed on both the flank of the room, a bigger one on the right side, with a mezzanine, and a smaller on the left one; in the middle of the room, between four columns, each one of a different colour, one sees a light green information desk, to which a mother is addressing, together with her son in tow, while other kids and their parents are drawn in the same room.
